Hi, I’m Cara Moultrie!
I came from a 10-year career in the medical field before transitioning into the mortgage industry, bringing with me a deep sense of empathy, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to helping others. I began my journey in mortgages as a closer in 2020, where I spent two years mastering the back-end of the loan process. During that time, I gained a firsthand look at what loan officers do—and it sparked something in me. I wanted to be part of helping people get into homes, so I took the next step and earned my loan officer license.
Most recently, I’ve expanded my role to include processing. My background gives me a unique perspective on the full loan cycle—from application to closing—and allows me to support clients and team members with a high level of precision and care.
